The system is easy to use but it has some quirks that aren't intuitive which can be confusing at times for new users. The most helpful thing about this program for our office in general would be its ability to make life easier when we had so many different tasks at once (billings/payables). I do not like how it could freeze up or slow down sometimes if you were doing too much work with it during one time period - but overall i think thats an issue only because my computer has been pretty old! I like all features in this software including invoice creation, customer information, reporting system.It gives me all info i need when dealing with any clients. The interface isn't user friendly but some people will learn it quick.
