The system is easy to use but it has some quirks that aren't intuitive which can be confusing at times for new users. I'm trying to figure it out myself but sometimes it's hard to find answers when I don't have someone to call for help. We are solving the problem of being able to bill our customers in an efficient manner. The program allows us to automate invoicing and to track time spent per job. I like that it is a comprehensive solution for municipal utilities. The software is very easy to use and navigate. I also appreciate that it is very intuitive as well. I'm not a big fan of the cloud-based aspect of the software. I would prefer to have the software on my desktop. The software is a great solution for municipalities that are looking for an easy to use solution. We've been able to streamline our billing and billing cycles. It allows us to have a more efficient accounting process.
