Review on RVS Mosaics Utility Billing System by Elijah Balzarini

I like how easy it makes keeping track of bills very simple for me! The program has so many features you can't help but be impressed by what they have done with this piece of equipment. It's not perfect; there are times when something doesn’t work exactly as intended or expected (like printing an invoice). But overall everything works well together in order to keep things organized within my accounting department at school. We use our billings system mainly just during tax time because we do get paid monthly through payroll which allows us more freedom without having to worry about paying out checks every month. This helps make sure all payments go smoothly throughout each pay period instead of being stuck trying to figure them ourselves after taxes come due. Also since most people don't understand math enough to calculate their own numbers correctly sometimes using some sort of computer.
