The wood is only stained nice on one side so I installed the top shelf upside down. I didnt get instructions so put it together based on the picture and some lengths werent quite right. The wood is too wide in some places so the whole shelf bends to reach the wall. Screws were cheap - one broke. The black paint was flaking in some places. The wood had some spots that were scratched. In general, quality control could be improved. However, it still looks great for the price!
