I've been an electrician for 18 years and I can honestly tell you I never tightened a single bolt until I bought it. That's a point I'm not proud of, I just didn't realize how important it is. Now I'm looking for time to use my shiny new set. I love how easy and quick it is to set the torque value and sometimes it surprises me how loose the plate screws are. That being said, I have a few very minor complaints. Complaint #1: It comes with a Phillips + Spline combo. Bit (this is a common bit for European panels) but not a #2 square + slot combination (this is common for our Yankee panels). Complaint #2: The certification is only valid for 1 year and there is no real re-certification process. Instead, there is a discount for a replacement driver. I know the moving parts in the driver can't run forever, but it would be great if they could be factory adjusted and recertified.
