I needed a healthier solution for my bedtime snacks, so my fitness trainer suggested I drink casein. It really helps a lot because it fills me up and I don't have any more nighttime cravings. I've tried a few casein flavors and this is my favorite. I mixed it with water, almond milk and lactose free milk. Almond milk was the tastiest of the three for me. I usually mix everything together and then pop it in the freezer for a while to mimic a C/PB ice cream shake. One solution was to mix it with ice cubes. I tried it and it was pretty good.
