The system has some amazing features like real time integration into CRM applications such as Salesforce where it syncs automatically within hours of account creation or updating contacts info which saves so much work when interacting remotely via phone calls etc., I like how easy it's been to set up conversations via text or calling using my phone number. Sometimes the system doesn't recognize me immediately when texting someone back so you have to get past this step before being able to actually talk. This also happens if i call them but they're not available. Make sure to test out several of their support options. You may find some are better than others. It helps us keep track of what we need to do each day as far as contacting people.
