This product heats up quickly and is easy to use. Thanks to the larger barrels, sections of hair were completed faster. I honestly can't say anything negative about this product. It worked and the results were great! I think some of the photo reviews are from people who don't know how to properly use this type of hair products. Maybe they had a lower temperature, didn't hold each section long enough, took sections that were too big, or misplaced each individual crimp.
