Bought for my 10 year old Hermit Crab. They're beautiful and worth the money, even if you're using them for decoration or education (several types of shells to learn about!). Put her in my hermit crab tank and she'll swap her shell for one of these in an instant! It's very hard to find clams big enough for her because she gets so big. She entered one of the large shells, but the small ones also entertain her. I never thought I would have a hermit crab, especially for so long, but it is thriving and seems content. My mother gave it to my son ten years ago, but it seems to me that he has grown fondest of me.
