They were great for some of the kebabs we made for the fourth time this year. One downside to the wooden versions was that the ingredients slide and slide on them a lot more, making it difficult to keep even spacing during the assembly/cooking process. They are also VERY sharp. I nearly grazed myself with a point, leaving a pretty deep cut and scar. I obviously don't blame the product, I just know these things aren't boring. You can handle almost anything pretty easily, which is ultimately a good thing if you're more careful than me!
