Glaze breakage in the box, some colors do not match the description.

I usually like Amaco glazes. I ordered this and a pack of 39219X, on 39219X one of the bottles had the lid open and the seal broken and some of the glaze leaking out. However, this time the 'oatmeal' was open (note the shipping box was fine), the box inside was half open. Oatmeal was not listed in the color list for one and I'm not sure how many colors actually fit the description as the oatmeal in the box was half full and I couldn't read all the other labels. I chose to keep 39219X as the spillage wasn't too bad and I had the correct colors listed, but I sent this one back.
