This pump doesn't compare well to my Crankbrothers pump. This Bell pump has a very stiff action and appears to have some sort of obstruction blocking some of the airflow. I wouldn't be sure I could land a tubeless tire with this pump while I've landed all my tires with a Crankbrother pump. The fact that it doesn't have a barometric pressure sensor is fine, which doesn't really bother me as they are notoriously inaccurate. In any case, you should use a portable pressure gauge to measure your pressure regularly. I don't know what the retail price is right now, but I wouldn't even pay $10 for it. I would invest $30-$50 for a decent pump that will last you for decades.
