So I've been going back and forth with Panasonic Support for 2 weeks now. My problem is that I have to use HDMI to connect to the PC (I bought an optical cable with a headphone jack and it didn't work, but it's not Panasonic's fault). Well, some apps, including full-screen apps, don't respect the primary monitor setting and get stuck when rendering on the 1080p virtual monitor that Soundslayer creates. The only way to get these applications is to disable the soundslayer, let Windows recalibrate the real monitor (e.g. disable the second monitor), render the application, and then enable the soundslayer again. So I asked something pretty trivial I think: how can I get Windows to accept it as an audio device while disabling it as a video device? 2 weeks round trip and finally they asked for proof of purchase and I sent a cropped screenshot of my order history page where it was delivered and what wasn't. They told me to request proof of purchase from Revain and to be honest I'm done with this product and done with Panasonic. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. The product is ok, nothing special but decent, but if there are some trivial issues, good luck because you get a lot of emails like "I hope this information was helpful to youโ when there is no information about a purchase confirmation?
