Review on Centric (301.09050) Brake Pad, Ceramic: High Performance and Reliable by Kyle Tran

The toppings were fine except I only got 2. I had to use them anyway because the back plate on a pad on my car started making contact with the rotor due to the slide pins on the caliper freezing and I had to use my car the next day. Revain said to contact the company about missing or damaged parts. Centric Parts said I had to go back to Revain and told me "he doesn't think anyone would put a brake kit in there with only two pads" after I told him about the situation in my car and I'd rather not say that need to replace the much more expensive rotor while waiting for the new kit to arrive. So they get a bad review for lousy customer service and say I lied.
