We bought it and put it on the sofa when it arrived. It fit perfectly, then we washed it. Based on other comments, I made sure to air dry it so it wouldn't shrink, but it came together anyway. When it dried we put it back on the sofa and it no longer covered the entire back of the sofa. Since then we've washed it a few times and even put it in the dryer on a gentle cycle and the fabric is durable, but now we have a sofa back about 15cm long that isn't covered in fabric. This is a design flaw and not an isolated case as we bought the same case from Claret and treated it the same way. Two months later, and this one doesn't cover the entire back of the sofa either. So it's a good cover when the sofa is against a wall and nobody can see the gap between the floor and the cover, but I don't recommend this cover unless your sofa is against a wall. Of course also sliding lid. Constant adjustment is required to pull the fabric back over the top and back of the sofa as the cover is pulled taut every time you sit down. That's to be expected from a cover like this, but it's another reason you don't want the back of your sofa to be visible to guests.
