Works beautifully but the instructions will have you breaking down your 2000-2004 Outback and tearing up the interior looking for a braid. The braid is on the passenger side, not the driver's side. I even called support and got the wrong information again. And the person on the phone was trying to tell me that he had just done the same thing in his mother-in-law's outback, so "just keep digging, it's out there somewhere."
