Tough on ankles on my review.
Guess I’m just too old for this. It’s hard on the ankles to get onto the board for use. Once on though, it does work your legs to keep stabilized. I’ll probably give this to a younger friend
- I use this as a plank board and it works great. Oh and if you stand on it, that is a good work out too!
- This is a lot smaller than I thought but still good.
