Because of my expertise in DIY projects, I have stringent requirements for the garments and accessories I wear. Unfortunately, iloveSIA's products did not live up to their expectations in any manner. The garments were of poor quality, with loose threads and seams that unraveled after just one cleaning. The shoes were not only uncomfortable but also appeared to be inexpensive, as the soles wore out very rapidly. And don't even get me started on the jewelry; it was so flimsy that I had to throw it away after only a few days of donning it. Their assortment for women was not particularly impressive, and their maternity line was even less appealing. The sizing was all over the place, and the designs looked dated and were not flattering in any way. The customer support was slow to respond and unhelpful; they provided no solutions to the problems I was having. To add insult to injury, the procedure for returning the item was a bother. I was required to go through a lot of hurdles in order to return a product that didn't live up to my standards. IloveSIA is not worth your time or money because their products are of such low quality, so save yourself the hassle and don't spend your time or money on them.
