We bought two single button transmitters. The first works fine. The second not. The instructions require me to call the Mighty Mule at a specific number. The entry will be answered by Nortex. This company owns Mighty Mule. You need to look at several options; none of them is a guarantee. It's support, that's fine. But the record says they have an unusual ring volume and suggests they call back later. I put my phone on speakerphone. Much, much later - still no answer. I called during the day. Exactly the same entry. I wanted a replacement; Revain abandoned the only Mighty Mule transmitter. Big surprise. They only have "other dealers". Revain returned my money quickly. But Mighty Mule support? Deceased.
