Review on OptaFloor by Michael Walker

The software has helped us improve our processes and make better decisions. As it is always in development, we are able to see how things develop over time. It's been great to have such a flexible tool that allows us to adjust as needed. I'm not sure if this was mentioned above but you should know that it is very easy to use once you understand what you are doing. We've only had a few issues with the software (it sometimes freezes for a couple of seconds) but nothing major. Having a good way of gathering information about our process. This helps us make decisions about how to best run our business.
