The TPMS was faulty. I contacted the seller who promptly refunded my money. I ordered a replacement and it arrived quickly. These TPMS from each vendor may have different battery life. You never know how old they are and how much life they have. Always do dummy "programming" first before installing them in wheels to see if any of them are bad. If you don't have a conversion tool, take it to a tire shop that has one. More popular tools read battery voltage and life. If you pay a low price for TPMS, it may be outdated. Check them before installing. This seller took my word that I tested them and couldn't get them to program and refunded my money. I would buy from him but I wouldn't blame him for a full ten years of life, I didn't pay factory prices for new genuine parts and I didn't buy cheap copies.
