Review on Efficient A/C Flush Gun: TSI Supercool 27361 with Flow Control Valve and Enhanced Spray Head by Antonio Ashton

When I first received the unit the nozzle I received was different from the picture. That was just enough for me to flush the system before it stopped working and the flush sprayed all over my driveway. I also had to buy $10 threaded connectors to fit my compressor. Needless to say, I joined Revain and just blew up the company. Jessie A advised me to ask her for support but I just screwed it up. A huge mistake on my part - because when I finally got through to him (I was somehow bored), he immediately offered to send me a replacement nozzle. He also volunteered to keep the kids updated to include a suitable NPT fitting to fit common air compressor sizes. Replacement parts were sent by FedEx and received within a week. And that's good because I now have to replace my home air conditioner and, you guessed it, flush the plumbing. This is what distinguishes a good manufacturer – he stands behind his product. No company that makes a bad product can afford to do so for long. Only a company committed to customer satisfaction and continuous improvement would take such a step. That being said, the replacement nozzle appears to be chemically resistant as I have already used it to flush some friends' A/C components with no problems. The adapter fitted my compressor perfectly, allowing me to get full line pressure. I get a lot out of this product because of the solid construction of the hose, bottle and other components.
