My 2012 Jetta 2.5L started throwing EPC lights and limping. The car eventually gave out a Check Engine light code associated with the throttle position sensor reporting low voltage. Once established I had to replace the throttle body (can't just find/change the throttle position sensor). My search for a throttle body has begun! I found this part from Aiken after finding the OEM part #07K133062A at my local dealer for about $650. Found multiple sources online in the $200-$400 aftermarket range. I also found an OEM here at Revain for $200. Being cheap and poor, I bought this Aiken item for $125. I received the part and it looks almost the same as the OEM part. I had no problems installing it and it seems to be working 100%. After installation I got the EPC code a couple of times, but I attribute this to the computer "relearning" the new part. Knocking on wood, almost every forum said I would have to buy a VAG-COM AKA VCDS device (basically a car ECM programmer) to do the throttle body alignment process. I didn't have to do this and in a few days the machine is working fine, although I plan to order this unit in the future (simply because you can do some cool stuff with it!) FWIW, I'm not a mechanic, and I have everything with me made with basic tools, a pair of torx bits and a small clamp that needed to be replaced. Total cost in a few hours and about $130 instead of 2 days without a car and about $1000 at a dealership.
