My 3 year old has been using Mustela for most of his life due to eczema. I only recently tried the shampoo as he was basically bald until he was 1 year old. The shampoo comes in a pump bottle and has a foamy texture. You only need a little and it's easy to massage into your baby's hair. The scent is good - neither pleasant nor overpowering. I feel like it makes my kids hair very flat and doesn't rinse out well. Leaves almost no residue. I've just finished the whole bottle and will stick with the cleansing cream for his hair. Efficient and easy to rinse off.
