This is a nice looking pump, appears to be quite well made, good fit and finish. Sturdy and durable. Delivered well packaged. I have a problem, there is NO oil. For real? There's oil in it, but not enough. There's even a sticker saying not to use until oil has been added. Maybe it's just me, but I find it frustrating. The last vacuum pump we had was with oil. And it's not like most people have vacuum pump oil at home. You? And not that you can buy vacuum pump oil anywhere locally. I also wonder how they tested it when there wasn't enough oil in it? Why didn't they just fill it up with oil and be kinder to their customers? One more thing, there are two "oil" caps on this pump. In the instructions on the drawing of the block both are shown and one is marked and there is NO mention of the other cover, nothing. why is it there Is it used? It is important? I have no idea. As soon as I get some oil I will test and update to make it work.
