I bought this to use my pans that didn't work with my induction cooker. As I read in other reviews I bought this to use my pans that didn't work with my induction hob. From reading other reviews I was expecting it to take a little longer to heat up. But even to boil water, I had to turn on the burner at full power. I used two different pots just to see how it works and I only had about an inch of room temperature water. I was about to finish when my stove squeaked and stopped working. I've since learned what my range does when it overheats. I had to turn the switch off and let my stove cool down for almost an hour before I could use it! Upon inspection, I found the spot where it really started to melt on the cooktop. I've been canning at home and cooking in big pots for long periods of time and have NEVER had an overheat on the stovetop. This problem appeared within minutes! DO NOT RISK YOUR INDUCTION COOKER - DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!
