I ended up gifting them to a very young niece who loves shiny things simply because in my workplace it's not exactly acceptable to wear a headband that looks 100% like a subtle tiara. These headbands are really pretty, but they are meant to be worn over hair that is already styled, not as a bun that controls the hairstyle. That's pretty, but not very useful if you're looking for things like this. As far as I know this bandage is strong and the sheen hasn't diminished yet. I found the headband a little uncomfortable where it meets the ears, but it really was. I would definitely recommend this item to anyone looking for such an item for a bridal shower. Great product at a low price.
