I took the necessary products for cooking shawarma. The chicken breast fillet was fried for 7-10 minutes. The area of ​​the heating surfaces is not small, at a time it was possible to place the entire contents of the substrate about 1 kg. The degree of roasting was the same for all parts. You can place two large shawarmas on the grill at a time. It took another 2-3 minutes to bring the shawarma to the condition (warm up and fry to a haracre state). In general, it took me no more than 30 minutes to prepare 6 pieces of shawarma, taking into account the preparation of the ingredients. This was my first shawarma experience!
