Review on New Balance 880V10 Silver Medium Sports & Fitness and Running by Todd Cowdrey

Super comfortable so far but I agree with comments about the shoe being too narrow. I ordered the 2E wide shoes as my foot is a bit wider than most and they are still quite snug. The size fits perfectly in length, so I hope that after wearing the width will increase a bit. The cushioning and shock absorption in these shoes is much better than my previous shoes. This is where I needed the most help because my knees start to hurt after relatively short runs. I haven't had much time in shoes yet so long term comfort and durability is unknown at this time but will update as I spend more time in them. At the moment they feel super stable, light and supportive. Could use some more work in the breathability department but doesn't stop there. I'm not an avid runner, but I run about 10-12 miles a week and have a fairly neutral gait. These were the best all round running shoes I could find in this price range. I'm sure there are better shoes out there that probably cost significantly more, but for my needs I can't justify spending over $200 on sneakers. This is great value.
