They will not fit 4 inch flexible hose.
This is the only comment you need:-❌will not fit 4" flex hose-❌will not fit 4" Powertec couplings-✔️will fit 4" Powertec Y-connectors- These Brackets will stretch out 6-8". I set this to 1x8 (see photo) - the brackets are very stretchy and flexible. That's a good thing. You can drill a screw and the bracket will open wide enough for a 4th -inch pipe (not flex hose!) to attach, then drill another one in. I think this is a good buy if you only use it for brackets and not plumbing.
