Review on ๐Ÿ‡ Max Effort Muscle Amino Recovery: Grapesicle Lemonade - 30 Servings of Branched Chain Amino Acids for Enhanced Post Workout Benefits by April Knowles

Powerful Post-Workout Drink

Like most beverages, I prefer a post-workout glass of ice-cold chocolate milk. However, chocolate milk isn't the most nutritious way to finish your workout, and sometimes you want a change. This Max Effort Muscle Post Workout Blend is a great alternative. It contains branched chain amino acids including 10 grams of BCAAs, 5 grams of glutamine and tastes great. However, Max Effort Muscle Post Workout Blend is not the perfect product. I was particularly disappointed that information about macronutrients like calories and sugar is missing or at least so hard to find that I haven't figured out what it is yet. This was done in a facility that also manufactures allergens such as wheat shellfish and tree nuts. It is also much more expensive than chocolate milk. I can buy a gallon of chocolate milk for less than $5. This product is almost 9 times more expensive and while it is effective I can't say it is 9 times more effective than chocolate milk. All in all, Max Effort Muscle offers a good alternative to chocolate milk if you're looking for a post-workout drink. It contains branched chain amino acids including 10 grams of BCAAs, 5 grams of glutamine and tastes great. The downside is that key macronutrient information (calories and sugar) is hidden/missing, and this stuff costs $42 for a 30-day supply. 3.5 out of 5.0
