Bike stolen with bolt cutters

I used this lock to secure my 3G Bikes Venice 7SPD bike in my apartment building garage in front of my assigned parking space. The lock fits around the frame, wheels and through steel cables. Here's what I found when I got home yesterday afternoon. The thief must have used some serious tools to cut that chain.
