Review on 🚰 DANCO Cartridge for Glacier Bay Single-Handle Tub/Shower Faucets: Hot & Cold Water Applications - Faucet Repair (10321) by Matt Larsen

This mixer valve was perfect for my shower faucet (which I think is a glacier bay). I've seen several reviews that it doesn't mix properly and only gets cold water. Convinced of this myself, I looked at the valve and found "-.+" on the red cap (which I admit I missed at first). Gently pull the red cap and adjust the "+” position, which allows the handle to rotate more toward the hot side. I haven't seen anyone mention it and of course it's undocumented so I felt it should be covered. Works great now.
