I liked that it was easy to integrate with other tools, such as Prometheus. This made monitoring my services much easier than if they were not using this tool. The UI for some features could be improved - especially when used via API, where you have to use an SDK or REST client to get access. Also sometimes there are issues logging into their dashboard from certain locations. If you're looking for something which provides detailed insights into your application's performance, then try out zipkin! We've been able to find bottlenecks within our app quickly and easily through its usage.
