Little fur boy loves it! We don't have to fight over my heating pad anymore. This is a great little heating pad that fits perfectly inside a standard pillowcase. It comes with a washable case; but we have an excavator and nests. We like to play it safe and add a little extra protection. The cord looks nice and strong, our little one doesn't chew that much. I would still keep an eye on the cord and examine it often if you're chewing hard. The controls are intuitive and easy to customize. I keep mine at 95 since that's closest to our body temperature and he's a chronic cuddler. (He also has blankets to hide in.) It took him about a day to realize it was his own heating pad. He's happy with it and I'm glad he doesn't steal mine.
