Well I have to say I had a few issues with the machine itself from the start. I contacted Yesvelder County via email. After a few emails it was their turn. Solved the problem pretty quickly by hand. YesWelder's support team and the rest of the staff responded to all my emails very professionally and quickly. The company has a different approach to the new side of the business, but overall I would SECURELY recommend them and their products. The biggest shortcoming of the cutter is the operating instructions. It really should have more details. Very planning and not very informative. absolutely to suggest
