Very good splash and go rocks.

I have 1000 and 5000. They give excellent reviews. The 1000 cuts very quickly and doesn't load much. These are very hard stones and are very slow to slurry. Another very important thing for me is that they dry very quickly after a sharpening session. These stones splash and go.

Pros

The best pole set! Good choice for kitchen knife, precision tool, sushi knife etc.
