Enclave support is humiliating
The product lacks many features. Dolby Atmos or Direct are not supported. It is limited to 5.2 if the home theater standard is 7.2. Dynamic range mode is a joke. The whole room stereo function is useless. More importantly, instead of treating the customer with respect, the person dealing with Enclave customers is bitter, angry, obnoxious, and short-sighted. No matter how small the problem, they respond with angry and humiliating emails. The SoundSend WISA transmitter works great with the system and gives you all the features the Enclave doesn't have.
