Review on 🔒 KEEPER (05510 12' x 1" Ratchet Tie-Down, Pack of 4) - Secure Cargo Safely and Efficiently by John Miller

I bought these straps when I was moving. They are VERY difficult to free. If I have to cut them to free them, then they're useless. The ratchet is not designed to release the strap even when the ratchet handle is in the fully open "release" position. The spindle is tied and prevents the belt from unwinding. I have several older belts that don't have this problem. Please correct this design. I like hooks. They are well designed.
