19/2020---------After I contacted tech support, they immediately sent me a replacement. While I was still using the old one, the USB for the combo mouse and keyboard also dies...that means it doesn't respond well and I think the electronic board is dying...anyway I got a replacement today and I' I use it to give my review. Hope this replacement lasts longer. If you don't see my latest update, it works fine. :-) ------------------------------------------------ ------------Updated 2/13/2020-----------It worked after 5 months of use HDMI monitor output issues. I've been testing this issue for several weeks. Sometimes it works and other times I had to unplug and plug it back in. Sometimes I had to unplug and plug it back in multiple times over the course of a few hours. Today it mostly doesn't work. I will contact tech support and keep you posted -------------- Macbook Air 2018 with updated OSX uses TOTU 6-in-1 Type C Hub." that works great! Many Tested times, including sleep and wake, tested 3 days and everything works without problems.More information about testing: - Monitor (LG 27MP58VQ-P 27" Full HD Monitor) - Mouse and keyboard combo (Logitech MK710) - All Tried 3 USB ports with HDMI port, 1 port does not work with mouse. -------------------- Others purchased before TOTU. Here are the results:------------------- Bought "ikling USB C Hub, USB C Adapter 9-in-1", and this one is even worse . Loss of connection every minute (100ms 3-10 times) and sometimes for a second or two. I've looked many times "QGeeM 7 in 1 Type C Hub" just doesn't work with a simple combination. I can't believe it's 5 stars. I just wanted to use HDMI for monitor + 1 USB (mouse + keyboard combo), mouse not responding very well. It can work from 5 minutes to an hour without any problem, but sometimes it doesn't work. If I change another USB, it works for a while.
