First of all, it looked fantastic in my truck. I installed it correctly, but bluetooth was only one possibility. The person I was calling could hear me, but I couldn't hear him. The FM radio always had a static high pitched tone and wasn't tuned in properly. The steering wheel controls only worked when the volume was turned up and nothing else. Volume 1 was insanely loud to the point that I was never able to get the volume down to a comfortable level. It was either loud or off. Basically it was a very nice non-working infotainment system. I like the look so much that I sent it back/exchanged it for a second one. I was hoping my first one was just defective. Had the same problem with my second. I tried different things to get it working; Various installation kits, antenna amplifier, noise filter, change of various settings and ground loop isolator. Nothing worked. I sent the second one back and just bought a regular dual din headunit. The branded device works great but doesn't look as good as this one and costs me a lot more money.
