Review on FocusPoint360 POS by Brett Islam

I like how all my transactions can be viewed at once, but also separately! This makes it so much easier when trying to track who is stealing and making mistakes as you watch them walk away without paying or buying something they don't need. The system sometimes get stuck/freeze up and not let me log in. Sometimes this happens even if there's an internet connection (very rare). It would make things a lot more convenient if it had the ability to connect to your point-of-sale systems - like magstripe readers. Try it out! There isn't anything that really needs improving about this software/service - just keep testing it throughout its lifetime. We are solving many problems by combining multiple sources of information into one place, which helps us manage our inventory better. I like that it is very customizable, so you can do things your way or their way. The customer service could use some improvement as well - they're not always helpful when something goes wrong. It's important to find someone who knows this software inside out! We were able to implement it quickly without having any previous experience using an EMR system.
