Very flimsy, but so far the size is better!
Just a little flimsy, but I like the size and use them for custard pies and cheese cake, I will have to use them for a bit and think about reorder8/4/2019 I am just now using the last five and they are certainly NOT HEAVY DUTY. Some other pans I have seem a lot sturdier.Especially making custard and cheesecake pies, they are hard to keep from sloshing the liquid all over as I slide them in the oven!10/13/19 I did come back to try these again, but only because I prefer the size to the regular 8x8 ones! I am still looking for a sturdier pan in the same size!
- Great for meal prep, size stores nicely in freezer.
- The board lids may not fit perfectly on the pans, causing spills and leaks
