I think this product was defective because the display didn't show "CA N. OBD 2" as indicated in step 3 of the manual. It was written cobra. E Tech with Kobra products was quick to respond and provided quick instructions which I tried. The device then went through the logs and went into communication error mode. Tried on two computers, same result. I appreciate E Techs quick responses and willingness to offer and refund my money in full as I was unable to get the device to work properly. Thanks again KOBRA Products E Tech.
