Review on BoatBuckle Secure Boat Tie-Downs by Adam Taylor

I had to take some time to file down a few burrs on the pawl before it started to turn. A bit disappointing given the price. In addition, the belt pads are only 3/16" wider than the frame. If you don't connect them very carefully, they will likely scratch your transom. I'm sticking with my clasps for now until I figure out how to pad these things wider. So how much did they save by making the weave edges so narrow? tenths of cents? Say a big thank you to the accountants.
