I recently bought a heavy bag for my home gym and was excited to get back into kickboxing. It's been a long time since I've trained like this that I didn't have ankle braces on my first workout. There was an error. My feet and ankles were crushed afterwards. I was looking for ankle compression bandages and came across these that have padding on the top of the foot and front ankle. They looked exactly how I wanted them and they definitely didn't disappoint. They are needed when hitting a heavy bag. No more sore muscles after intensive leg training. I'm a 9.5 man with normal width and received size S/M. The fit is good, but the feeling of compression is not constant. It was perfect for me around the foot, but feels a little looser in the ankle area. Not a big deal and doesn't affect performance, but something I noticed. The non-slip material on the underside is also a great feature. I definitely recommend it.
