Thread Output in Counting Sets

Calculated the number of threads of thread colors that should have been in the pattern. Almost half of the flowers were 1 strand short and some were 3 strands too short. The pattern recommended sending a cut to the company if there was a lack of thread and they took care of it. I paid for the FULL SET of the pattern and don't feel like I need to ask for enough thread to sew the pattern. I liked the pattern but I was disappointed with the set.
