I bought these to clean my tiles but mainly grout but returned them immediately. Nylon brush heads wear out quickly when cleaning rough surfaces like grout. When I found out the company didn't sell replacement brushes, I sent them back. This was my second steam cleaner and I'm sure it works well but without replacement brushes this steam cleaner would be obsolete for me in a year. I buy the more expensive McCulloch MC1385 Deluxe Canister Steam Cleaner. McCulloch sells spare parts. Haven't used the new one yet but hey it's a steam cleaner and they all work about the same. My last one (not McCulloch) lasted 6 years before the tank cracked.
