WOW.what a knife - Kitchen & Dining

I cook at home all the time and I use several sushi knives. I've been using 2 inexpensive sushi knives from H-Mart for 10 years. It's okay if you're just starting out with a sushi knife. If you want the next level sushi knife without spending a lot then this is IT. Found this at Revain and was NOT disappointed. They say it's made in Japan and you can tell the difference. The knife is more balanced and the metal is thicker, meaning it's stronger and more reliable to use. This knife is definitely worth the price. There are other Revain knives that cost over $100, but I think this one is just as good quality. Highly recommended.
