First, the fingerprint reader really struggles with this built-in glass. It still works but drastically increases the number of failed reads. So overall I think the compatibility claim is about 50% wrong. Installation was pretty easy after watching the video on the website. However, I am very disappointed with the fit of the display cover. It's about 1/8 inch shorter, leaving a gap at the bottom of the screen. For those who installed a dome on the Note 9, this setup was much better and more manageable. Overall, I'm a bit disappointed with this product given the price, but I don't know of a better alternative. They've improved the fitting process compared to the Note 9, but the overall profile fit is worse. EDIT: EDIT my review. The glass on the top of my phone cracked a few hours after installing the screen protector without affecting the screen. Edit my edit in 1 week: Luckily a second screen protector is included so I was able to replace the faulty screen protector. . The jig/adjustment tool rebuild wasn't bad at all. Also, removing the first broken part from the phone was pretty easy, leaving some dirt that was easily removed. After about a week of use, I'm pretty good with fingerprints. I recommend registering both thumbs 2 or 3 times - this seemed to make detection easier. Also press hard if you want to unlock. I will increase my 1 star to 3 stars due to cost, imperfect fit and installation issues, but now I have a working screen protector that probably no other solution can match.
